You are a UX/UI Designer through and through: you think in user flows, design with conviction, and know why the detail makes the difference. And at the same time, you are a Creative Technologist: you experiment with AI tools, know how code and design are connected, and inspire your team with ideas that others haven't even thought of yet.

Your Tasks

• You design user-centered interfaces that are visually and conceptually convincing – from the first sketch to the prototype.
• You build and maintain the design system of your projects – in close exchange with Engineering, Strategy, and Content.
• You accompany projects from pitch to go-live, keeping users, team, and timeline equally in mind.
• You present and defend your design decisions to clients – with attitude, empathy, and the ability to make complex ideas understandable.
• You work interdisciplinarily: You involve developers early on, understand their constraints, and use them as a creative lever.
• You actively experiment with new tools – AI tools, prototyping approaches, code assistants – and proactively share your learnings with the team. You are the person who gives others ideas they didn't know they wanted.

Convince Us With

• Completed training or studies in the field of design, interaction design, media design, or a related field – or a career path that led you there without anyone issuing a diploma for it.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a digital agency or a product environment.
• Demonstrable experience in website projects – preferably from pitch to go-live.

Tools and Craft

• Figma is your home: Design Tokens, Auto Layout, component libraries, and collaborative work are not foreign words to you.
• You have a feel for animations and microinteractions – knowledge of Framer, After Effects, or similar tools is a plus.
• You actively and curiously use AI design tools – Claude Design, generative prototyping tools, or AI-supported mood board approaches are tools for you, not a threat.
• You don't shy away from opening a terminal, formulating a Claude code prompt, or searching a GitHub repository – you don't have to be a developer, but you know how design and code are connected, and you use this knowledge as a creative advantage.

Personality and Attitude

• You are not the person who implements the first best idea – you are the person who asks and iterates until the best idea is found.
• You inspire others: in pitches, in daily stand-ups, in design reviews – and in the Slack thread where you post a prototype at 2 PM that no one has ordered yet.
• You bring initiative, but can just as easily listen and integrate.
• You see feedback not as criticism, but as material.
