We're rebuilding our My Account portal from the ground up. The goal is a premium, intelligent, compliance-aware experience that positions us as a trusted partner our customers turn to for life.

Strategic direction is locked. We have a detailed vision doc, style guide, lifecycle architecture. What we're building is ambitious, and we're building it differently than most product teams-We're taking an AI-first approach to design and code, and iterating in code. We may not use Figma unless it's needed for reference and handoff, but it's not the primary design surface.

Role

I'm looking for a specific kind of design partner who's AI-native or curious, and whose value lies in taste, critique, craft, and direction, as opposed to production.

This will be a fluid project where you'll primarily be providing critique and direction. We will likely also need deliverables AI can't produce well (Icons/custom illustrations.animation typing/component library polish). Finally we may need some figma files to translate for some audiences, so you'd be taking AI protos (which remain the SoT) to produce those.
