Role Summary
This is a high-ownership role focused on content growth and performance across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for planning, creating, tracking, and optimizing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, Substack and YouTube. The ideal person is creative, analytical, highly organized, and deeply understands how content performs across platforms.
Core Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify trends, opportunities, and high-performing content angles
- Repurpose content across platforms effectively
- Plan and manage a consistent content calendar
Content Creation & Design
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, IG, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
- Design high-quality visuals using Canva or similar tools
- Support video content (short-form and long-form) with basic editing
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Content Tracking & Analytics
- Maintain and manage a content tracker/dashboard
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)
- Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights
- Continuously optimize content based on data
Platform Growth & Optimization
- Stay up-to-date with platform algorithms and best practices
- Optimize content for discoverability and engagement
- Experiment with formats, hooks, and trends to drive growth
- Support audience engagement and community growth
AI & Tools Utilization
- Use AI tools to speed up content creation, ideation, and analysis
- Improve workflows and efficiency using modern content tools

Requirements
Must-Have
- Proven experience managing content across multiple platforms
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and short-form content platforms
- Experience with content tracking and analytics
- Strong design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- AI- and tech-savvy, particularly in content analysis, research, strategy, ideation, creation and tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Nice-to-Have
- Video editing experience
- YouTube experience
- Podcast production experience
- Experience growing personal or brand accounts
- Knowledge of social media strategy and funnels
- Experience supporting North American audiences
