The Hook

We are taking a massive, traditional industry and forcing it into the digital age. As we scale toward 6x growth, our platforms, chats, and calls are generating an ocean of fragmented supply chain data. We need a high-growth mindset individual to sit directly alongside the Founders and act as our analytical engine. Your mandate is simple but difficult: bring order to the chaos and turn raw operational data into monetizable insights that dictate our strategy.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of key product areas, drive execution, and act as the primary bridge between business and tech. This role requires someone who can handle ambiguity, structure problem statements, and drive outcomes end-to-end, from requirement intake to delivery. The individual will also play a key role in managing product workflows and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage specific product modules (initially focused on Admin Console, but not limited to it)
• Act as the first point of contact (POC) for all incoming business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure timely delivery
• Drive prioritization, sprint planning, and execution tracking
• Bring structure to ambiguous problem statements and define scalable solutions
• Continuously improve product workflows, processes, and communication
• Support team management by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation in product workflows

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in Product Management or related roles

Core Skills

• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
• Ability to handle complex and ambiguous problem statements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset and execution focus

Preferred Background

• Experience in B2B commerce, marketplaces, or trading ecosystems
• Experience in FinTech or credit-driven platforms
• Exposure to systems involving pricing, transactions, or operational workflows
• Experience working on products with multiple stakeholders and dependencies

Technical & AI Expectations

• Basic technical understanding (APIs, system flows, data handling)
• Hands‑on experience or familiarity with AI tools and workflows
• Exposure to vibe coding / AI‑assisted development tools such as:
  • Cursor
  • Windsurf
  • Claude / GPT‑based tools
• Ability to leverage AI tools for:
  • Faster PRD creation
  • Problem solving
  • Workflow automation
  • Prototyping / experimentation

• Prior experience in fast‑paced, execution‑heavy environments
