About
We are looking for an experienced Valve Diagnostic Tester with strong expertise in Motor Operated Valves (MOV) and Air Operated Valves (AOV) diagnostics within a Nuclear Power Plant environment.
This role is ideal for professionals experienced in valve performance testing, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and predictive maintenance during plant operations and outages.
Key Responsibilities
🔧
- Perform diagnostic testing on MOV and AOV valves using advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Troubleshoot actuator performance, torque/thrust issues, stroke time anomalies, and feedback errors.
- Conduct functional testing and valve leakage tests to verify system integrity.
- Validate actuator calibration and torque/thrust settings in accordance with OEM specifications and industry standards.
- Analyze diagnostic data to detect early signs of mechanical wear, degradation, or misalignment.
- Prepare technical diagnostic reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain valve records in asset management systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.).
- Support predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
- Participate in root cause analysis for valve failures.
- Provide technical support during plant outages, shutdowns, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISA standards and nuclear safety procedures.

Requirements
