About the Role

The job role involves multiple responsibilities including Scrum Master, Quality Assurance tester, and Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Drive the teams to success as a Scrum Master.
• Design, document, and execute test cases as a Quality Assurance tester.
• Develop, manage, and document systems, applications, and data requirements as a Business Analyst.
• Take the lead in ensuring proper business and technical documentation in support of new or existing processes.
• Prioritize work effectively and address issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Strong Scrum Master, QA and BA skills are required.
• Candidates must be able to attend a web interview without any exceptions.
• Previous VDOT BA/Scrum Master Clifton Forge candidates will not be considered; only new candidates are wanted.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective technical and business requirement discussions.

Additional Information

• The job involves remote work, but physical presence is required in Clifton Forge to pick up equipment and for bi-monthly meetings.
• The contract could be extended beyond 6/30/25.
