You want to actively shape customer relationships and lead projects to success in a structured manner? In this key role, you combine sales expertise with organizational skill and ensure that customer inquiries turn into successful projects.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Management (Focus)

  • Support and active expansion of existing customers
  • Acquisition of new customers and development of additional revenue potential
  • Management of the entire sales process – from offer to closing
  • Analysis of customer requirements and coordination of suitable solutions
  • Preparation and execution of customer appointments and presentations

Project Coordination

  • Management of customer projects from order entry
  • Coordination of all stakeholders – customers, internal teams, and external partners
  • Ensuring a smooth process from planning to implementation
  • Planning, monitoring, and reporting of project progress
  • Coordination with specialist departments and management
  • Evaluation of key figures and derivation of concrete measures

Operational Support

  • Maintenance of customer and project data in CRM, project management, and ERP systems
  • Structured order entry and complete documentation
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction across all project phases

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship/training
  • IT affinity, ideally experience with project management tools
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Clear, binding communication and high customer orientation
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • High commitment and sense of responsibility
