Dabei unterstützen wir von der Strategie bis hin zur operativen Umsetzung.

What awaits you?

• You will acquire potential new customers by phone
• You will conduct free initial consultations for needs analysis
• You will contact existing contacts in the system by phone
• You will plan and prepare appointments for our strategy consultants and follow up on them
• You will occasionally attend trade fairs, seminars, and similar events for new customer acquisition

What you should bring?

• You are convincing and eloquent
• You are eager to learn sales from scratch
• You have the ability to follow existing processes
• You have a quick grasp and high discipline
• You have strong communication skills and a keen sense of precision
• You have a calm, pleasant, and attractive voice as well as clean and error-free written expression in German

What we offer you?

• Good Remuneration & Unlimited Commission: Our sales employees receive a fixed salary of €3,000, plus unlimited commission. The annual target salary is €150,000. We will continue to grow and expand over the next few years. Therefore, we need more experts and/or managers
