Your Responsibilities
- Active customer support with a focus on the DIY store market in Austria
- Proactive sales approach to existing and new customers
- Customer acquisition (new) with an established product range in the field of garden building materials
- Assortment and conditions negotiations with customers
- Market and competitor observation, as well as derivation and implementation of corresponding measures
- Temporary management of sales back office and order processing staff
Your Skills
- Successfully completed studies in business administration/trade or similar qualification (not mandatory)
- Many years of professional experience and existing network in the DIY and garden market sector
- Experience in contract and conditions negotiation at central purchasing level
- Assortment and market knowledge in the field of decorative garden building materials or natural stones
- Negotiation and closing skills in negotiations with customers
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, SAP R/3 (SD and MM) desirable
- Experience and role model function in leading employees
- Goal-oriented and structured way of working, as well as communicative personality, persuasiveness and assertiveness
- Teamwork skills as well as interdisciplinary holistic thinking and acting
- High willingness to work and travel
Your Benefits
This position is compensated with a gross annual salary starting from € 75,000.--. The remuneration depends on qualifications and will be increased based on statutory regulations by creditable prior service.
