About the role
About
The Vice President of Engineering is accountable for building a world‑class engineering organization that delivers fast, accurate, material‑agnostic customer designs and supports the Company's transition from a job‑shop “copy the customer print” model to a highly engineered, creative, rapid‑prototyping, fast‑to‑market solutions model.
This leader will define standards, implement systems, drive process discipline, elevate design capability, and scale the Company's technical engine across all substrates and facilities.
Responsibilities
Organizational Leadership

- rapid prototyping and fast iteration
- lab testing and validation
- value engineering and sustainability optimization
- Increase engineering throughput and utilization through structure, tooling, and training.
Costing & Estimating Excellence
