About Us

Located in the Greater Toronto Area, our client is one of North America’s leading suppliers of bulk transportation equipment with a specific focus on tank trailers, both new and used. They provide tailored sales and leasing solutions to clients wishing to purchase or lease.

The Role

They are looking to add a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to the senior leadership team. Reporting to the President, and responsible for driving revenue and growth and developing and executing annual sales plans to meet corporate targets, the Vice President, Sales and Marketing will lead all aspects of the sales and marketing functions, overseeing a distributed team of account managers and sales and marketing support while directly supporting key strategic accounts.

What You'll Bring

Ideal candidates will bring at least 10 years of senior sales management experience coupled with strong strategic planning skills and well developed negotiation skills. In addition, the right person will have excellent people, communication and managerial skills, strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills and a desire to be part of a growing and successful company. Experience in the tank trailer segment is strongly preferred. Candidates must have the ability to travel.
