The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

Responsibilities

• % of business processes covered by fit-to-standard workshops.
• % of processes accepted as standard versus those requiring customization.
• Number of pending design decisions.
• Design validation rate: % approved by business and architecture.
• Number of deviations identified (standard vs. requirements).

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, project management, or a similar field (Required).
• Data analytics and performance management
• Experience with process management tools.
• Familiarity with Google workspace
• Good awareness of Lean/six sigma principles, methods and tools
• Understanding of change management basics and ability to adapt ways of tutoring accordingly
• Ability to provide structured feedback to leaders on routines management and performance dialogue
• Ability to identify deviations from standards and propose simple recommendations through self-assessment
