The role reports directly to the Business Performance Director in a newly created position focused on elevating production reporting and improving operational processes. You will work closely with production leads to understand their processes and translate their needs into meaningful KPIs, developing standard reporting tools for our operational units.

Responsibilities

• Implement automated solutions based on SCADA and other databases; create dashboards in Power BI as management overviews.
• Automate reporting (LIDA – LI data acquisition, Intelex) and KPI (PMS – performance management system).
• Automate invoicing for LI customers (LIBS – LI billing system).
• Ensure data quality (SSOT – single source of truth).

Business Performance

• Build and implement a set of reporting tools that allow automated tracking of relevant KPIs for Primary Production, Bulk‑On‑Site, and Cylinder Operations using ERP, Oracle data warehouse, and other sources.
• Build operational databases in the data warehouse and Google/Tools to provide a solid basis for reporting and decision‑making.
• Coordinate with central entities to ensure alignment of performance measurement requested by the cluster and local organization.

PG

• Automation of Reporting & KPI (PMS).
• Reporting of Stock & Assets in Power BI.
• WU and WH reporting in Power BI.
• Automated mass‑balance calculation for losses.
• Cost‑base analysis to identify potentials for cost‑base reduction.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree.

Soft and Hard Skills (Must have)

• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable with ERP and systems (SAP, Power BI).
• Basic accounting background (OPEX vs CAPEX).
• SQL knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Highly motivated, team player, reliable, entrepreneurial mindset (owner of tasks).
• Engineering or Business School background (specialization in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations Control, Data Science).

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of the industry.

Languages

• English – fluency (must).
• French – nice to have.
• German – nice to have.
