We are looking for an German VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and German both written and spoken;
  • Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;
  • Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
  • Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
  • Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;
  • Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.
  • Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)

Relocation

Please note that relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria is required.
Sofia Stars takes care of relocation, Visa and other administration related costs.
