The successful candidate will work closely with estimators, project managers, and external stakeholders to deliver precision in project execution. It’s essential to maintain high standards of communication and coordination throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM and VDC strategies for projects
• Assist in creating BIM Guidelines and Coordination Specifications
• Oversee design implementation and client BIM compliance
• Organize and run BIM Coordination Meetings
• Maintain updated federated models for project clarity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Experienced in project management within BIM/VDC
• Advanced knowledge of BIM platforms like Revit and Navisworks
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Commitment to becoming LEED Accredited Professional
