MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dynamic, digitally savvy, and strategic Virtual Instagram Influencer Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns, build strong online communities, and enhance our digital footprint through Instagram. This remote position is ideal for someone who understands Instagram trends, influencer engagement strategies, and can creatively connect brands with audiences through authentic storytelling and social influence. Key Responsibilities • *

Identify, recruit, and build relationships with potential Instagram influencers and brand ambassadors. • *

Manage day-to-day communication with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals. • *

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. • *

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. • *

Coordinate content creation, approvals, scheduling, and publishing for influencer-led campaigns. • *

Track Instagram trends, hashtag performance, and competitor activity to keep campaigns innovative and relevant. • *

Handle influencer contracts, deliverables, deadlines, and payments in coordination with internal teams. • *

Foster long-term influencer relationships to build loyalty and repeat collaborations. • Required Skills and Qualifications • *

Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns or social media content, particularly on Instagram. • *

Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm, Reels, Stories, and IGTV features. • *

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially in remote environments. • *

Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms, content scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards. • *

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple collaborations simultaneously. • *

Strong visual and creative sensibility, with an eye for design and brand consistency. • *

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. • Experience • *

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management. • *

Experience working with both macro and micro-influencers preferred. • *

Background in media, communications, or marketing is a plus. • Working Hours • *

Flexible working hours with core availability between 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday. • *

Occasional weekend work during campaign launches or influencer events (virtual). • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • *

Strong analytical mindset to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns. • *

Ability to negotiate, onboard, and manage influencers professionally. • *

Knowledge of current social media trends, Instagram engagement techniques, and content types. • *

Comfortable with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello, Google Workspace). • *
