As we continue expanding across international markets, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our remote finance team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic financial insights
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to improve financial efficiency
• Assist with audits and maintain accurate financial documentation
• Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance across shipping operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification a bonus
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Xero
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
