About the role

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a fast-paced platform engineering team. You will build scalable web applications, develop API-driven services, and support real-time customer interaction platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web/mobile applications using Java & JavaScript
  • Build APIs and event-driven services on AWS (S3, Lambda)
  • Integrate customer interaction platforms (e.g., Genesys)
  • Implement observability/monitoring (Splunk, Honeycomb)
  • Ensure API security and gateway management (Kong)
  • Collaborate with teams and mentor junior developers

Required Skills

  • Strong Java & JavaScript experience
  • Hands-on AWS (S3, Lambda, APIs)
  • Real-time tech (WebSockets)
  • Observability tools (Splunk/Honeycomb)
  • API security & gateway tools (Kong)

Nice to Have
