Vision Engineer

About The Role

We are seeking a Vision Engineer to support the growth of our vision department. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting the necessary components for vision solutions, setting up and testing both hardware and software, and configuring and programming vision software. You’ll also ensure the system is thoroughly tested before delivering it to the customer, and you'll provide support during the commissioning process.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with your team to design and develop vision solutions.
• Building and testing these solutions in-house.
• Commissioning the finalized solutions on‑site at the customer’s location.

What You Bring

• A university degree or higher vocational qualification in (Technical) Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or Mathematics.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably, experience in C# programming.
• Experience with Halcon is a plus.
• Knowledge of optics, including DOF, FOV, and lenses.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• A valid driving license (Category B).
