Role and Responsibilities of Visual Designer:

As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to create and maintain high visual standards. You’ll work to drive sales, improve the customer experience, and ensure the store’s visual presentation aligns with Primark’s guidelines.

• Work with management to deliver high visual standards and create an inspiring store atmosphere.
• Design and create displays that reflect local customer preferences through mannequins, window displays, and product presentations.
• Regularly update displays to ensure they reflect the latest trends and meet commercial objectives.
• Utilize visual merchandising best practices to create displays that influence the customer shopping journey and showcase the latest styles.
• Provide excellent customer service by offering style advice and answering product-related questions.
• Assist colleagues in upholding visual merchandising standards across the store.
• Execute new campaigns and ensure all guidelines are met while incorporating feedback from management.
• Share updates on trends and visual merchandising activities during team meetings and huddles.
• Ensure all pricing, product images, and promotional materials comply with company standards.

Required Skills and Experience of Visual Designer:

• Retail and visual merchandising experience.

Compensation and Benefits of Visual Designer:

• Pay range: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and region.
