• Définir et analyser les besoins des clients
• Développer, maintenir et optimiser des applications
• Créer des tests et des recettes fonctionnelles
• Assurer le suivi, la communication et le reporting de l'avancement des travaux
• Assurer la maintenance et le support aux utilisateurs

Quel est le profil de notre candidate idéale ?

• Tu as au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le backend
• Tu as une solide expérience avec JavaScript sur : NodeJS, NestJS
• Tu as une excellente compréhension des infrastructures complexes, en particulier des architectures d'API (microservices, Service Mesh), outils d'orchestration de conteneurs (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) et des intégrations (base de données, Salesforce)
• Tu sais t'adapter rapidement à un nouvel environnement technique
• Tu as des connaissances des communications entre le back‑end et les CRM comme Salesforce
• Tu sais communiquer parfaitement à différents types d'interlocuteurs
• Tu as une maîtrise bilingue de l'Anglais afin de communiquer de façon fluide avec les parties prenantes anglophones, et le Français est essentiel

What are the tasks of the Backend Developer?

• Define and analyze client requirements
• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications
• Create tests and perform functional validation
• Ensure follow‑up, communication, and reporting on project progress
• Provide maintenance and user support

What is the profile of our ideal candidate?

• You have at least 5 years of backend experience
• You have strong experience with JavaScript, particularly with Node.js and NestJS
• You have an excellent understanding of complex infrastructures, especially API architectures (microservices, Service Mesh), container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure), and integrations (databases, Salesforce)
• You are able to quickly adapt to a new technical environment
• You have experience with backend integrations with CRMs such as Salesforce
• You are able to communicate effectively with different types of stakeholders
• You are fully bilingual in French and English to communicate fluently with English‑speaking stakeholders, and French is essential
