The Ideal Profile

This "ideal profile" is not a list of requirements - they are above - but is meant to give some colour to the kind of person we're looking for. If you don't fit this profile but meet the requirements we are still keen to hear from you.

You graduated with an undergraduate degree in a technical discipline or used the opportunities available to you within financial services organisations to learn product management and utilised these skills to build and deliver products to customers.

Working across a range of different roles, you developed a generalist skillset with an empirical, first-principle mindset, and developed a specialism within analytics, benchmarking and/or data.

You are viewed by colleagues as a subject matter expert and flourish when working as part of a high-functioning team, but equally do not shy away from getting your hands dirty when the situation calls for it.

You love to use analytics to help tell a story and recognize the danger that being "data rich and insights poor" poses to an organization. You've developed the experience and skills to educate and influence senior stakeholders about technology and have a reputation for tenacity and getting things done in large organisations.

You believe that there is a large amount of work still to be done in improving how organizations use digital platforms to consumer information, especially in financial services, and you're passionate, experienced and opinionated about the ways to do that.

  • A healthy work-life balance.
