Marriott International welcomes recent university graduates to experience the career development adventure of a lifetime and a world of leadership opportunities. The Voyage program propels participants on a mentored, learning‑inspired journey to prepare you for a successful career. Voyage is a full‑time, paid development program. As an associate and trainee, you’ll build upon the skills you developed in school by participating in real‑world assignments.

Destination: Marriott Leadership
You’ll participate in management meetings and collaborate with Voyage participants worldwide. You’ll be expected to solve challenges, offer ideas and innovative solutions, and provide feedback on your curriculum. After graduation, you’ll be well‑prepared to pursue your passion and take on new challenges, often stepping into a Marriott supervisory or entry‑level management role right away.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher‑level education required (Associate’s degree acceptable for Culinary)
- Superior critical‑thinking & interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to foster relationships & work collaboratively
- Ability to self‑manage & be a self‑starter
- A real desire for personal & professional growth
- Work authorization in the country you apply
Those currently enrolled in a college/university with an expected graduation date between December 2025 – August 2026 may also be considered.

Washington Applicants Only
- MI Properties: Employees accrue 0.01282 PTO balance for every hour worked and are eligible for a minimum of 7 holidays annually.
- SPG Bellevue: Employees accrue 0.03847 hour for every hour worked to be used toward PTO/Vacation/Holiday/Sick.
- SPG Seattle: Employees accrue 0.04359 PTO balance for every hour worked.
