VP Construction

Our client, in the GTA, is looking for a VP of Construction to join their team!

Responsibilities

• Combine your knowledge of Development and Construction Management – handling tasks involving cost controlling, timelines, budgeting, leadership and technical know-how from conception to completion
• Present progress reports and meetings to multiple stakeholders, as well as managing day-to-day
• Attend meetings, track progress, document milestones and ensure completion, in compliance with regulations, and overseeing a clean and safe site

Qualifications

• P.Eng preferred (Engineering, Architecture, Construction etc.)
• 10-15 years of construction management experience
• Ability to lead and motivate people
• Strong technical expertise and communication skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Project Management experience a must (MBA and/or PMP ideal)
• Entrepreneurial drive and self-motivated
