Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President, Digital Performance Marketing is the enterprise leader responsible for the pre-transaction digital growth layer of the business. Operating at the center of Marketing, Media, Digital Commerce & Experience, Product, Strategy, and Analytics, this leader sets the enterprise strategy, operating model, and governance for digital performance marketing. The VP translates business and marketing priorities into coordinated, data-driven activation across paid, owned, CRM, push, and merchandising surfaces—building a modern performance engine grounded in segmentation, experimentation, personalization, and AI-enabled optimization.
