Their platform supports healthcare facilities and clinicians nationwide in a fast-paced, always-on environment, with continued expansion into new markets.

Hiring a VP of Recruiting & Account Management to lead and scale a mission-critical, client-facing organization. This executive will own strategy, execution, and performance across both Recruiting and Account Management, driving client retention, account expansion, operational excellence, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and scale multi-state teams of Account Managers and Recruiters
• Build a performance-driven, accountable, customer-focused culture
• Own client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
• Establish playbooks for relationship management, issue resolution, and expansion
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations

Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare staffing, account management teams
• Healthcare staffing experience required
