Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of account executives focused on SMB segment sales, driving new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Develop sales strategies, mentor team members, and ensure achievement of revenue targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proven sales acumen and quota achievement track record
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity and Human Risk Management solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills required.
Qualifications
- Typically 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership or VP-level role, preferably in cybersecurity or security awareness training.
- Demonstrated success managing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.

Compensation
Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $180,000 – $240,000/year based on title, seniority, company stage, and location.
