The Role

You will work on plaintiff-side wage & hour and class action matters, including:

• Wage & hour class and collective actions
• Case development, investigation, and strategy
• Drafting complaints, motions, and briefs
• Discovery and litigation support
• Collaborating on high-profile, multi-state cases

You will gain exposure to complex litigation with meaningful impact, working alongside experienced class action litigators.
