Requirements

• Several years' experience
• Identifying and resolving potential roofing issues
• Knowledge of roofing, carpentry and sheet metal work would be an advantage, but is not essential
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 is desirable
• Practical understanding
• Ability to read and understand building plans and drawings

Responsibilities

• Requesting, obtaining and reviewing drainage calculations, fall protection measures, wind load calculations and gradient designs
• Checking tender documents for feasibility and practicality
• Clarifying technical ambiguities with the client
• Calculating material requirements, particularly for green roofs
• Preparing documentation in collaboration with site managers
