About the role
Responsibilities
- Own web analytics strategy and measurement frameworks across digital properties
- Design, maintain, and evolve tagging and data collection architecture (GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar)
- Build dashboards and reports that translate raw data into clear business recommendations
- Partner with Product, UX, Marketing, and Engineering to define tracking requirements and success metrics
- Lead A/B testing and conversion analysis initiatives to improve site performance
- Identify data quality issues and drive resolution with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of web analytics experience in an e-commerce or digital product environment
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and tag management systems (GTM)
- Hands-on SQL skills and experience with BI tools for visualization
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, SEO, and paid media attribution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell data-driven stories to non-technical audiences
