Web Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Web Analytics Specialist to join our team and help drive strategic decision-making through data. You will be responsible for implementing tracking, analyzing user behavior, and creating actionable reports to optimize our website performance, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate thrives on transforming complex data into clear insights and is highly self-motivated.

Job Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate, granular data collection.
• Analyze web traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and manage customized, easy-to-understand dashboards and reports (e.g., Looker Studio/Data Studio, Tableau) to track KPIs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Regularly audit tracking implementations to detect and debug data gaps or issues.
• Provide proactive, actionable recommendations based on data findings to improve digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Job Requirements

• Must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Expert proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Experience with SQL or data visualization tools (Looker Studio) is a plus.
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and create data-driven narratives.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/Javascript is highly preferred for tag implementation.
• A stable, high-speed, and reliable internet connection is required and strong back-up internet supply.
• Must possess exceptional attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
