The Role

• Identify optimization potential and uncover growth opportunities within E-commerce shops by analysing user behaviour patterns.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis and reporting for E-commerce shops from both user and business perspectives.
• Continuously analyse purchasing and click behaviour, identify performance bottlenecks, and derive actionable recommendations.
• Develop and refine KPIs and dashboards in Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio to ensure relevance and clarity for all stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to the development of the tracking setup and articulate precise technical requirements to the development team.
• Create concepts for cross-departmental and cross-tool data integration to enhance data utilization.

What You'll Need

• Proficient in web and E-commerce analytics, ideally with Google Analytics 4, Econda Analytics, and Looker Studio.
• Strong understanding of analytics basics, including tagging, events, and data layers, with the ability to communicate technical requirements to developers.
• Capability to logically structure complex data and communicate insights clearly without getting lost in details.
• Proven ability to prepare compelling and comprehensible decision-making documents and present them confidently to various departments and management.
• Optional, but a plus: Experience with Google Tag Manager, A/B testing tools, or SQL.
