Web Application Backend Developer (m/f/d)

What sets you apart

• You have completed training as a specialist in information technology or a degree in computer science, engineering with a focus on IT, or a comparable qualification.
• You have sound professional experience in backend development and are proficient in the command line and with common web technologies such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML.
• GIT, JIRA, and Confluence are not foreign words to you.
• You have an understanding of fundamental concepts such as build technologies, code reviews, and high code quality.
• You have sound knowledge and experience in the necessary programming languages, developments, and methods.
• You have good SQL knowledge or general good knowledge in the area of databases.
• First contact with Docker, Kubernetes, or a cloud technology is great, but not a must.
• You can find your way around agile teams.
• Reliable, customer-oriented, and team-oriented work attitude.
• Dedicated, structured, and independent approach.
• You have German and English skills at B2 level.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the technical conception, development, planning, implementation, and realization of web projects, web applications, mobile web applications, and websites, with a focus on the backend.
• You program features, ensure smooth operation, and create documentation if necessary.
• You take care of ongoing performance/security/quality optimization.
• You connect external systems and implement further interfaces.
