Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery quality and client outcomes for web application projects
- Make key architectural decisions and guide technical standards across projects
- Mentor team members and support hiring and skills development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of web / application development experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
- Deep expertise in Drupal (v9 / 10) and full-stack development (PHP, JavaScript / Node.js, HTML5, CSS3)
- Experience delivering web applications for government or regulated-sector clients
- Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility compliance
- Experience managing internal and subcontractor teams in remote environments
