Location : Columbus, OH (Remote)

Job Description: • 5+ years of experience building modern web applications with strong JavaScript fundamentals. • Experience in Svelte, React, Vue, or other component-based front-end frameworks. • Understanding of performance optimization techniques (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, etc.). • Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. • Comfort working in agile teams and collaborating across engineering, product, and design. • Willingness to learn and contribute to a Svelte-based ecosystem (if not already experienced).

Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performance websites using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. • Work with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and content feeds. • Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement user-centric features and iterate based on analytics and feedback. • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions to ensure scalable and maintainable codebases. • Help establish and promote best practices in modern web development (component-driven development, performance tuning, SEO, accessibility). • Contribute to the migration of legacy codebases into modular, modern web stacks. • Integrate 3rd party SDKs such as RudderStack and LaunchDarkly
