From our Cape Town hub, we deliver digital, operational, and marketing support that drives performance, brand visibility, and lead generation across multiple recruitment brands.

We are looking for a Website and Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital ecosystem - combining website management, SEO/AEO, and digital marketing execution across multiple brands.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage websites, improve performance, and support digital growth across a fast-moving multi-brand environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Website Ownership & Development

• Build and manage multiple WordPress websites across recruitment brands
• Use Elementor to create templates, layouts, and reusable components
• Troubleshoot HTML/CSS issues and fix layout or functionality problems
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Maintain website structure, UX, and content flow

Website Performance & Management

• Maintain website health (updates, plugins, security, backups)
• Improve performance (Core Web Vitals, page speed, caching, image optimisation)
• Manage domains, hosting, and DNS configurations
• Monitor site performance and proactively recommend improvements

SEO, AEO & Digital Growth

• Implement technical SEO (site structure, indexing, schema, redirects)
• Optimise on-page SEO (metadata, headings, internal linking, keywords)
• Conduct keyword research and apply insights to recruitment content
• Apply Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) principles for AI/search visibility
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush

Digital Marketing Execution

• Support digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and content
• Manage landing pages and website campaign updates
• Support candidate attraction and client lead generation
• Track performance and optimise campaigns for ROI

Platforms & Tools

• WordPress (advanced)
• Elementor
• Google Analytics / GA4 & Search Console
• SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush)
• CRM and marketing automation systems
• Form builders and integrations (e.g. Gravity Forms or similar)

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• 5+ years’ experience in website management and digital marketing
• Strong WordPress and Elementor experience
• Solid HTML/CSS knowledge for troubleshooting
• Strong SEO knowledge (technical + on-page)
• Experience managing multiple websites or brands
• Strong analytical skills using digital performance tools

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Recruitment marketing experience
• JavaScript or PHP knowledge
• Experience with A/B testing tools
• CRM or marketing automation integration experience

Compensation

R28 000 – R35 000 per month (depending on experience)
