Werkstudent Data Analytics Sales (m/w/d)

About the Team

The DATEV Field Data Analytics team supports colleagues, primarily from the field service, with sales data related to Sales & Analytics. The goal is to strengthen strategy, requirements, communication, marketing, and sales planning, as well as sales lead and campaign management through well-founded target group and potential analyses. We provide a strong data network and expert advice to turn data into concrete decisions.

Responsibilities

• You will support consulting and the definition of suitable criteria for achieving analysis goals.
• You will create evaluations and prepare target group and customer segmentations.
• You will analyze data and correlations and prepare them in an understandable way.
• You will visualize results, for example in dashboards.
• You will communicate the acquired insights to internal contacts in a target-group-oriented manner.

What we're looking for

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Data Science or a comparable field of study.
• You have initial practical experience in Data Science, ideally complemented by basic knowledge in Data Engineering.
• You work in a structured, independent, and analytical manner.
• You convince with team orientation, affinity for numbers, and a high degree of reliability.
• You enjoy collaborating with different colleagues and engaging in user-oriented communication.
• You ideally have initial experience with dashboarding tools and good knowledge of relevant programming languages and data environments (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
