Your Responsibilities

  • Active participation in the Research, Automation, and Development teams: You will support the Cyber Defence Center in key areas crucial for the continuous development of our security strategy.
  • Improvement of Data Engineering in Cyber Security: You will actively contribute to optimizing our data processing procedures to ensure more efficient and precise analysis of security incidents. This includes contributing to the conception and implementation of robust and scalable data pipelines.
  • Administration and expansion of the data base: You will assist in the maintenance, upkeep, and expansion of our comprehensive data base, which serves as the foundation for all analysis and detection mechanisms. Ensuring data quality and availability is a key focus here.
  • Continuous improvement and maintenance of detection mechanisms: You will work closely with experts to optimize our existing detection rules and develop new, innovative methods for early detection of cyber threats. Regular maintenance and adaptation of detection systems to new threat landscapes is essential.

Your Profile

  • You are a student (m/f/d) of (Business) Informatics or a comparable field of study.
  • You ideally have initial experience with Cybersecurity and security-relevant data.
  • You ideally have already gained initial insights into data administration or a similar area.
  • You possess strong analytical and communication skills, work independently, and are a team player.
  • You are convincing in your demeanor and communicate confidently in German (B2 level) and English.
