Für unseren Standort in München suchen wir einen engagierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung im HR/Recruiting.

What you can expect

• Active support in the entire recruiting process (from job posting to onboarding)
• Creation and maintenance of job advertisements on various job portals and our career page
• Screening of application documents and initial applicant contact
• Coordination and scheduling of interviews
• Maintenance of our applicant database and support in building a talent pool
• Participation in exciting HR projects, e.g., for the optimization of recruiting processes
• Support with trade fair planning and participation (by arrangement)

What you bring

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in business, psychology, social sciences, or a comparable field of study
• Great interest in the field of HR and recruiting
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work
• Proficient in MS Office, ideally first experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., softgarden)
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Possibly first practical experience in recruiting or HR
