Your Mission

• Support in standardizing documents and process improvements with the required KPIs
• Participation in the creation of new templates at local and global levels
• Support in evaluating online surveys and creating possible solution proposals
• Creation of process descriptions and procedural instructions
• Support in the introduction of standardized processes, e.g., through employee training

Your Profile

• Studies in Business Administration, Humanities and Social Sciences, or a related field
• Degree programs: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Careful, conscientious, and independent way of working
• Enjoy working in global teams
• Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken
