What are your areas of responsibility?
AI & RECRUITING INNOVATION
- Collaboration on AI-based tools and agents in recruiting
- Development and documentation of concrete AI use cases
- Participation in Europe-wide AI recruiting initiatives
- Support with guidelines, playbooks, and best practices
SOCIAL MEDIA & EMPLOYER BRANDING
- Creation of social media content for our job profiles
- Support with small campaigns & talent outreach
- Analysis of reach, interactions, and recruiting KPIs
- Contribution of own ideas for employer branding & community building
What do you bring?
- Enrolled student (m/f/d), e.g., in HR, Business, IT, Media, or Marketing
- Interest in AI, digital tools, social media, and recruiting
- Creative, structured way of working and eagerness for new things
- Initial experience with social media or digital tools is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills
