Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Cologne, Munich, and Stuttgart.
Your Impact:
As a Working Student PLM (m/f/d), you will gain insight into client projects, the consultant's daily life, and support us in strategic and operational matters. Your contribution to our thought leadership and innovation will secure our joint success.
- Variety of Tasks: In our client projects, you will support the project team in developing solutions in the areas of PLM, Software-defined Vehicle, or Systems Engineering. Like a consultant, you can take on initial tasks and will be supported by your mentor.
- Innovation: Internally, you will strengthen the team in developing new Market Offerings in the area of Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management and contribute with innovative approaches to the continuous expansion of our thought leadership.
- Conceptualization: You will contribute your know-how to the design of strategies and concepts as well as technical solution architectures and support the development of innovative project approaches. This can also be done in the context of a Bachelor's/Master's thesis.
- Technology: You will use common PLM/ALM solutions such as Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP, and IIoT, as well as cloud platforms, to ensure cross-functional integration and develop viable solutions. Further future-oriented topics in the SDV ecosystem, such as OTA, DLCM, or E/E onboard-offboard architectures, are welcome.
- Perspective: You will participate in the creation of proposals and planning of new projects and support our strong growth. In internal projects (e.g., Smart Factory), you can try out new things or pursue your own ideas.
Your Skillset:
- Very good academic results in (Business) Engineering, (Business) Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or comparable, with a focus on Product Management / Product Lifecycle Management / Systems Engineering
- Good understanding of essential product development processes as well as upstream and downstream company processes. Initial experience in process management and basic knowledge of common PLM/ALM, CAx systems, or SDV topics are advantageous.
- Thematically relevant experience in studies or practice in (agile) product development, Systems & Software Engineering, PLM / PDM / ALM, and ideally basic knowledge of standards and regulations, e.g., ASPICE or ISO 15288, 26262.
- Analytical skills and enjoyment of complex issues, quick comprehension, and a structured way of working. Willingness to learn and high interest in familiarizing yourself with new topics, as well as very good Office skills.
- Willingness to travel and enjoyment of communication and presentation in German and English (very good written and spoken).

Your Availability:
As a working student, you are available from now on for up to 20 hours per week, with flexible working hours. During semester breaks, up to 40 hours per week are possible by arrangement. We are looking for students for a long-term collaboration for at least 6 months – and preferably longer.
