Your New Role - Challenging and Future-Oriented

• In your role, you will contribute to the firmware development for fail-safe automation devices in an industrial environment and to the AI-supported implementation of innovative ideas for safety assistance systems.
• You will support the improvement of automation systems to make them fit for future requirements, such as in the security environment or for high performance.
• Embedded in an agile, cross-functional team, you will work through all phases of the development process, from analysis, specification, and design to implementation and testing.
• You will participate in the analysis, specification, and design of software components.
• You will take on tasks in the implementation and testing of software modules.
• Last but not least, you will contribute your own ideas and actively shape the further development of our products.

Your Qualifications - Sound and Adequate

• Ongoing education (HTL, University, FH) in Computer Sciences, Informatics, Telematics, Software Development, Communications Engineering, or similar.
• Initial experience in software development and knowledge of C/C++.
• Basic knowledge of real-time operating systems.
• Enjoy working in an international and dynamic team where future-oriented technologies are developed together.
• Basic knowledge of automation technology is an advantage.
• Good English and German language skills.

Our Offer

The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for this position is at least EUR 40,910.24 (full-time basis). As a large corporation, Siemens also offers additional social benefits and perks.
