- Predictability: The job should fit your studies. We set at least three days a week, on which you work at least four hours each day. We can also adapt these days to your timetable on a semester basis. Taking vacation during exam periods and increasing hours during holidays is possible by arrangement. Home office is also possible on a pro-rata basis by arrangement.

What awaits you?
- You are the central point of contact for our candidates, accompany them through the application process and ensure a positive candidate experience with your service-oriented approach.
- You support our recruiters in active sourcing projects by conducting initial telephone interviews with talents and preparing them for interviews with our partner companies.
- You analyze our existing recruiting processes, proactively contribute your own ideas, and help us to continuously improve our processes.
- You take over the telephone consultation of candidates in crucial phases, answer important questions, and ensure that all parties involved feel well-informed.
What should you bring?
- You are enrolled at a university for at least two more semesters – it doesn't matter if you are studying business administration, German studies, industrial engineering, psychology, or something completely different.
- You communicate openly, service-orientedly, and convincingly on the phone, because direct contact with people is a lot of fun for you.
- Your fluent German skills (C2) are the basis for your work; good English skills are a welcome plus.
- You bring an analytical and data-driven mindset to understand and improve processes.
- Ideally, you already have initial experience in recruiting or in a service-oriented environment, but this is not a must.
