DAA Deutsche Angestellten-Akademie
About the role
About Us
The Deutsche Angestellten-Akademie (DAA) is a non-profit organization with a strong social commitment. We have always championed disadvantaged groups. Education is the key to the future and development – our social mission is to unite people and education.
The DAA is represented in northeastern Germany with over 40 locations and offers numerous opportunities for vocational training, further education, and professional development. We support people who want to actively shape their professional future – whether through a fresh start, expanding their qualifications, or taking the next career step.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who identifies with our values and actively contributes to shaping DAA Nordost. You will work in a young team that thinks about marketing & recruiting together. Here you will find real scope for development and the opportunity for long-term growth.
Your Responsibilities
Are you a communicative and structured person who wants to gain experience in recruiting alongside your studies and contribute to a nationwide education provider? Then we are looking for you to specifically attract talent, strengthen our employer brand, and successfully implement modern recruiting strategies.
- In close collaboration with the recruiting and HR team, you will create, optimize, and publish job advertisements on internal and external recruiting and job portals.
- You will identify, test, and evaluate new recruiting channels and strategies, analyze current recruiting trends, and select suitable channels based on target groups.
- As part of active sourcing, you will actively approach qualified candidates – with a special focus on passive talent.
- You will attend career and university fairs, represent our company professionally, and build sustainable talent networks.
- Together with marketing, you will implement employer branding projects.
- You will actively participate in the further development of our employer brand and represent the company externally.
Your Profile
You share our understanding that education creates the future and bring the following:
- You are ideally pursuing a Master's degree or are in the final stages of your Bachelor's degree. You also ideally have initial experience in recruiting or human resources.
- You have a strong interest in HR topics, digital recruiting tools, and identifying qualifications and needs – especially in the field of educational services.
- Initial experience in personnel selection, screening applications, or selection processes is an advantage. You have a good sense of whether candidates – including career changers – are suitable for certain positions.
- You are a conscientious, communicative, and team-oriented personality, characterized by a structured and results-oriented work approach with a "hands-on" mentality.
- You enjoy learning new things, gaining insights into different company areas, and actively contributing to shaping things.
- You are proficient in writing and have excellent German language skills, as well as good MS Office skills.
We encourage people with disabilities to apply.
We look forward to receiving your application. Please send it to Ms. Luise Rademacher. I am also happy to answer any questions you may have. Contact me at bewerbung.nordost@daa.de.
