We, the Delphi Group, are a medium-sized HR consulting firm based in Hamburg with a view of the Alster. For 35 years, we have been supporting our clients in their search for specialists and executives. We do this very successfully because we don't settle for mediocrity. Your Tasks

You will work on an hourly basis in our search team, using creativity and perseverance to find suitable candidates for our clients. Your ambition is to find the needle in the haystack. You won't stop until you have found exactly the person who is perfect for this position.

• Researching potential candidates, including building and maintaining a network
• Professional initial contact
• Pre-selection of applicants in coordination with project managers
• Maintaining our database

Your Profile

In addition to your persistence and creativity, your joy in communication, your interest in people, and your curiosity set you apart. You have a friendly demeanor, enjoy working in a team, are flexible, and committed.

• Studies in business or social sciences, psychology, or another relevant field of study
• Interest and passion for HR, business, and interrelationships
• Team and sportsmanship
• Solution- and results-oriented thinking as well as independent working style
• Fluent German, confident English skills, preferably other languages
