Senior Digital Product Manager (Flexible Hours in Wilmington)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Marketplace Seller Risk Management team. In this role, you will own and deliver critical product initiatives that strengthen Walmart’s ability to monitor, detect, and mitigate risks associated with third-party sellers.

You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Trust & Safety, Legal, and Operations teams to design and scale solutions that protect Walmart’s customers, uphold compliance standards, and foster a safe, trustworthy marketplace.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management
• Or 7 years’ experience in product management or related area

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager
• Experience working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
• Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices

Compensation

• Annual salary range: $117,000.00-$234,000.00
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock options
