Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in engineering and deploying Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions within large enterprise settings.
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft Intune and contemporary endpoint management practices.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity management, access policies, and security configurations.
• Background in designing large-scale frameworks for Cloud PC provisioning and configuration.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API for automation and integration of platforms.
• Expertise in performance optimization, diagnostics, and troubleshooting in virtual desktop environments.
• Capability to develop standardized engineering practices, operational models, and documentation.
• Experience in mentoring engineering teams and conducting structured knowledge transfer sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of robust, secure, and scalable Windows 365 Cloud PC engineering solutions, working alongside the Virtual Workspace Architect and various platform teams.
• Define and establish standard engineering frameworks, automation practices, and operational procedures for Cloud PC provisioning, configuration, performance enhancement, and compliance adherence.
• Create and sustain automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to facilitate Cloud PC lifecycle management and operational productivity.
• Develop clear engineering documentation, architectural guidance, and operational standards to support uniform platform adoption throughout the enterprise.
• Serve as a senior point of escalation for complex Windows 365 challenges, performing in-depth troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing enduring corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, and Vendor teams to ensure the security and compliance of Cloud PC deployments.
• Facilitate engineering mentorship initiatives, including training sessions, joint engineering efforts, and practical troubleshooting workshops.
• Create and implement a structured plan for knowledge transfer and mentoring to uplift the technical capabilities of internal engineering and operations teams.
• Provide technical thought leadership and insights that shape the future architecture of Windows 365 and Virtual Workspace platforms.
