• Provide Service Operations Support for:
  • Monitoring
  • Triaging
  • Incident management
  • Problem management
  • Troubleshooting
  • Crisis management
  • Scheduled work items
  • Project Management of Services
  • NOC to NOC escalations
  • Management of Services
  • Noise reduction
• Moderate outages and keep a timeline of events and repairs:
• Escalating incidents and driving for resolution
• Unblocking and working around platform or tooling issues
• Communicating actively status updates and detailed analysis of issues in email and bugs
• Update knowledge base with troubleshooting guides and lessons learned
• Identifying and driving repair items that result from outages
• Candidate should have an excellent communication skill and willing to work in 24*7 support.
