Core Responsibilities
- Provide Service Operations Support for:
- Monitoring
- Triaging
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Troubleshooting
- Crisis management
- Scheduled work items
- Project Management of Services
- NOC to NOC escalations
- Management of Services
- Noise reduction
- Moderate outages and keep a timeline of events and repairs:
- Escalating incidents and driving for resolution
- Unblocking and working around platform or tooling issues
- Communicating actively status updates and detailed analysis of issues in email and bugs
- Update knowledge base with troubleshooting guides and lessons learned
- Identifying and driving repair items that result from outages
- Candidate should have an excellent communication skill and willing to work in 24*7 support.
