Your Tasks – Technically Demanding, with Room for Design
- You are responsible for the client management of our Windows 11 and macOS workstations as well as virtual workstations (e.g. AVD/Citrix).
- You develop and operate software distribution, patch and update processes with Intune and PSADT.
- Automation is not a buzzword for you:
- You develop, maintain and optimize PowerShell scripts to make processes more efficient, stable and scalable.
- You work with a modern Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft Defender.
- As a 3rd level contact person, you analyze complex client and endpoint issues and develop sustainable solutions.
- You work closely with other IT teams and departments, plan the software lifecycle and document your solutions in Jira, Confluence and our IT knowledge base.
Your Profile – What You Bring
- Several years of experience in client and endpoint management (Windows 11, ideally also macOS and virtual clients)
- Very good PowerShell skills and enjoyment of automation
- In-depth know-how in Intune, Active Directory / GPOs and Microsoft 365
- Ideally, experience in an enterprise environment or in Enterprise Mobility Management
- A structured, independent way of working and the ambition to solve things sustainably
- Team spirit, strong communication skills and enjoyment of collegial cooperation
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira) and technical documentation (Confluence)
